This is a high-quality salt from "Ile de Re" marinated with a blend of two varieties of red wine: Merlot and Cabernet. It makes a wonderful combination! It's wonderful with any type of red or grilled meat. Or use it on white fish or potato puree to bring out its beautiful color!
