I had no idea how this would taste, but I took a chance anyway figuring that at least the color would be lovely. I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful this tastes and I will definitely be ordering more to share with friends. The flavor is delicately floral and just a tiny tart -- perfectly balanced. I use this on fresh levain for breakfast, but I do plan to serve it with cheese or foie gras at some point. I highly recommend this.
