Located on the Isle of Groix, in the Brittany region of France, the Groix & Nature cannery aims to preserve and revive the traditional skills and expertise of canning and to preserve and produce the best that nature can offer. Groix & Nature produces their delicious foods while still respecting the environment their products come from. The recipes of all products are patiently collected from the Islanders and local fishermen.
The Groix et Nature range follows Breton traditions very closely with intense flavors seasoned with a hint of originality. The result is quite simply delicious. The Groix and Nature Lobster Oil is one of a kind. It is prepared by boiling the shell of the lobster down with standard stock vegetables and grapeseed oil. A true delicacy, a little bit of this oil goes an incredibly long way. Whether you drizzle this Lobster Oil over mashed potatoes, sushi, risotto, or even your morning eggs, you will be surprised by the incredible flavor.
