I'll be honest, I splurged because of the adorable ceramic pot that the herb blend comes in. Worth every penny on that front as I usually grow and dry my own herbs. To the herbs contained within, pricey, but high quality and powerful. I recently used these in a dry red wine reduction and my admittedly low expectations were far, far, far exceeded. Really worth the splurge.
