Our black truffle-flavored olive oil is made by infusing real pieces of black truffle “Tuber Melanosporum” enhanced by a truffle aroma into our extra virgin olive oil. The combination of these two raw ingredients creates a subtly flavored olive oil. Its fine, delicate flavor remains faithful to the taste of fresh black truffle.

How to use:
This oil goes well with asparagus risotto, southwestern salad, fresh tagliatelle or pappardelle, mashed potatoes or scrambled egg. It’s also great in sauces for white meats, parsnip velouté or split pea soup. It’s a great finishing touch on oven-baked chicken, too!

AND NATURAL FLAVORING
Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil 98 %, black truffle extract*
1 % (Tuber melanosporum), natural flavouring.
*2 g of black truffle (Tuber melanosporum) are needed to flavour 1 L of olive oil.
Store in a cool dark place.
