Exceptional Vinegar
Wonderful wine forward deep flavor. There is a real difference in flavor from less expensive vinegars. This makes a terrific addition to salad dressings, and savory dishes. I really liked it in a keto side dish I make with hemp hearts, broccoli, and mushrooms. A little goes a long way, and it's well worth the money. I will note that it can be tricky to open the first time, so I recommend running the wax seal under warm water before opening. My verdict? Get it, and enjoy!
