La Favorita's Balsamic Vinegar Mostarda comes from a traditional Piedmont recipe that was typically enjoyed with polenta up until the second world war. Slow cooking is employed to achieve the perfect density, and also allows the flavors to be retained, resulting in a very fresh tasting product. This mostarda, very similar to a chutney, is ideal to accompany meats and cheeses.
Ingredients: Grapes must, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 21% (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, coloring caramel E150D), sugar, cinnamon, laurel. Thickening: pectin. Contains sulphites.
