Sauniers harvest the fleur de sel using the same traditions passed down from generation to generation for more than a thousand years.
Composed of distinctive salt crystals and slightly moist, this is a unique salt that melts slowly on the tongue and gently enhances the flavor of the dishes it accompanies. Used as a finishing salt on meat, grilled vegetables, salads, and more, it will highlight and intensify the deep flavor of food.
