This unique mustard is made with the juices of fermented grapes, which is called grape must. With it's fantastic caviar like texture, this mustard adds flavor and texture to whatever it is added to. It pairs well with roasts and veal, but can also be used alongside charcuterie arrangements. Use this mustard in a vinaigrette, pair it with fresh veal, or enjoy it on a sandwich.
