The Giusti organic balsamic vinegar is made with organic grape must and organic wine vinegar, from thoughtful and sustainable farming. The result is a fragrant and spicybalsamic, characterized by a srong balsamic acidity, balanced by the sweetness of the must. Ideal to add to a mixed leaf salad and vegetable entrees. It can also be added to meats, sauces, and gravies. Aged in French oak barrels, with the addition of aged balsamic obtained through the "decant and refill" system. Estimated age 6 years.
